Horizons Education consists of two distinct divisions to serve all of your SAT, ACT and PSAT improvement course needs.  Horizons Education Programs was developed to provide quality SAT Improvement Course DVDs and course materials for students to use at their convenience when they have the time to study.  The DVDs are made using the same teachers and course materials that are used in our live, in school, classes.

Horizons Education Services of Virginia was founded in 1990 as a non profit educational organization and was reincorporated as a 501(c) (3) firm in January of 2003.

The strategic alliances and friendships forged with schools and educators throughout Virginia during Horizons' tenure remain firmly intact even as new client relationships proliferate.
